Jip, Yelle and Jesse Goyvaerts have set up shop in the heart of Eindhoven, in Domusdela, a converted church that has retained its serenity. Inside, the modern decor with Scandinavian touches works well – the wine cabinet is sure to draw the eye. The brothers conjure up creative dishes incorporating international influences, the finesse of French cuisine and Japanese seasonings. Think celeriac glazed with soy sauce in a vegetarian concoction with delicate sweet/salty/spicy nuances. Goyvaerts is a name that is synonymous with culinary excellence!
