This simply appointed restaurant is nestled in the charming university town of Mustafapaşa. The Gorgoli Valley is just nearby, and for the chef it's a privileged source of all manner of produce. The extensive menu reflects his deep respect for his terroir and local culinary tradition. Aubergine and peppers are grilled just right for a rich smoky-sweet starter; lamb is slow-cooked to succulent perfection and served with a creamy wheat risotto. Nothing is overworked – every dish is a celebration of true flavour.
