Situated in the heart of the historic centre just a stone’s throw from the aquarium, this designer-style restaurant has retained some of the palazzo’s historic features. Specialities here range from raw fish dishes to classic favourites such as a reinterpreted version of “cappon magro” (seafood salad). The surprise tasting menus are particularly popular.
