The quintessence of a Bib Gourmand, this eatery is embodied by Grégory and Camille’s warm friendly welcome. The couple has created strong ties with local producers, such as Ferme d’Artagnan and Ferme Fourchette, who have become part of the family. The chef crafts their excellent ingredients generously and creatively, underscoring the distinctive flavour of Belgian endive with braised beef cheeks, crunchy celeriac and marinated onion. Authentic Liège recipes and a fine view of the cottage garden from the terrace.
