Head to the world-famous Taksim Square and take the lift to this spacious restaurant on the seventh floor of the Atatürk Cultural Centre. The interior is elegant and modern, complete with a stylish bar, but nothing compares to the terrace and its stunning views of the city and the Bosphorus. The menu celebrates the diversity of Turkish cuisine through contemporary interpretations of traditional dishes. For instance, a combination of subtly smoky aubergine purée, braised lamb, walnuts and a creamy lamb jus makes for a deeply layered main course. The chefs have an eye for detail, but it is the rich flavours that truly steal the show.
