While the earlier Italia menu showcased complex ingredients, flawless flavors, and extraordinary textures united in signatures like cacio e pepe, guanciale-wrapped branzino, and veal cheek agrodolce atop a savory bread pudding, most recently we experienced the tenth anniversary menu. Celebrating the best moments in the restaurant's ten years of culinary delights, highlights that were revisited included that childhood-inspired classic, fish and chips, complete with balsamic dressing and a malt vinegar "sea foam." The Basque cheesecake made for a delightfully decadent dessert.
