This small-capacity restaurant exudes an intimate atmosphere (curtains, felt) in its decor of curved lines (lamps, tables, seats). Fostering this contact with his guests, the chef concentrates on the matter at hand: creative, instinctive cuisine as a single set menu comprising several courses. The inspiration and precision of the execution are plain to see: for instance, glazed duck on the Japanese barbecue, roasted beetroot, ripe condiment and giblets. Pleasant front-of-house team.
