Located just a stone's throw from Place Stanislas, the restaurant of the young chef Martin Debuiche (formerly Pierre Vigato's second-in-command, at Apicius) and his partner, butcher and restaurateur Alexandre Polmard, offers market cuisine through a short and appetising menu.
