Set over a number of intimate, contemporary dining rooms is this flagship restaurant of the charming Gilpin Hotel. You’re guaranteed a warm welcome and have the choice of the lounge or champagne bar for a drink before dinner. The cooking is based around local produce, some from their on-site vertical farm, and harmonious tastes and textures run throughout. Dishes have a clean, sophisticated look and deliver great depth of flavour and a little originality, without ever being showy or over-worked.
