Boasting a magnificent location in the heart of the city, between Valencia's Central Market and Town Hall Square, media-savvy chef Rakel Cernicharo offers diners a highly cosmopolitan and personal cuisine, based on Mediterranean food but with a number of modern international fusion dishes, always seeking to convey her emotions and thoughts (in addition to being a chef, she is also an artist, with a large mural in the dining room and drawings in her notebook explaining her gastronomic concept). The menu revolves around three options (Small, Medium and Large) under the slogan ‘From survival to transcendence’.
