This classically elegant restaurant located close to Parador de La Granja has taken on a new lease of life in the hands of Borja Aldea, who has trained in leading restaurants such as Etxanobe and Disfrutar. It offers two contemporary-style tasting menus (Reina and Felipe V – both with a wine-pairing option) that champion its surroundings and local history and feature courses entitled Campesinos (Peasants), Nobleza (Nobility), Realeza (Royalty) etc.
