The second offshoot of the Colonel meat restaurant is an elegant brasserie whose tasteful colour scheme is the epitome of suave urbanity. Take a seat near the open-plan kitchen and choose one of the juicy cuts of meat from the butcher’s counter, which showcases succulent charcuterie, traditional marrow bone and tender ribs of beef. Straightforward, unfussy presentation, all the better to highlight the star ingredients.
