Aptly located at the end of the quayside (hence the name), the fashionable slate grey glazed front of this restaurant overlooks the Atlantic and Mont St Michel. Chef Romain Roland, after a stint at a star restaurant in Corsica, crafts ambitious, creative cuisine, dotted with subtle Mediterranean notes.
