Housed in a lovingly restored and converted printing house that dates back centuries, this restaurant is run by a well-coordinated team that many guests will be familiar with from Osteria TRE in Bubendorf – chef Flavio Fermi and maître d' Roland Tisch. Seated in the extremely chic and tastefully decorated interior, you can look forward to their fine, thoroughly Italian take on Mediterranean cuisine; made with a wealth of Swiss ingredients, it is served as a set menu. This is accompanied by on-point wine pairings or your own choice from the extensive wine list, which includes a nice selection of champagnes. The stylish bar area is the perfect spot for a nightcap. There is also a lovely terrace.
