In the case of the Four Seasons Riyadh, though, it’s a tough proposition to argue with. It’s a part of the Kingdom Tower, an award-winning, vaguely bottle-opener-shaped 99-story skyscraper. And though the hotel only goes about halfway up, the view is still certifiably commanding — the Kingdom Tower doesn’t just dominate the skyline, it is the skyline.
