The wooden horse heads on the walls, the impressive chandeliers that call to mind the wheels of a horse-drawn carriage, the partitions between the tables: you can't help but notice that you're dining in the former stables of Amerongen Castle. The terrace overlooking the castle and gardens is breathtaking! The cuisine is characterised by its use of locally sourced ingredients, French cooking techniques and a global outlook.
