Oreno Ramen blends its broth right before serving to create a frothy soup that pleasantly coats the mouth. The paitan is a milky broth with a nutty flavor and creamy mouthfeel, made by boiling the chicken whole. The noodles made in-house and the melt-in-your-mouth chicken, kelp and egg create an exceptional bowl. Choose a spicy broth if so inclined, and get extra helpings of noodles, rice, and broth, all free of charge. The restaurant is never without a long queue, but the turnover rate is quite fast, so the wait won't be long. We highly recommend that you ask for a side of chili peppers free of charge.
