Just a short walk from Napoleon's tomb, this restaurant takes its name from the month of the French Revolutionary calendar related to the grape harvest. Done out in blue and orange tones, the interior sports a chic, friendly brasserie vibe courtesy of a marble bar and silky-soft banquette seats. The score, made with fresh, premium produce, slaloms between revolutionary and classical as pedigree favourites are given a new spin (egg mayonnaise, beef bourguignon, gratin dauphinois, crème brûlée, etc). A local lad, the owner works with neighbourhood friends and shopkeepers. Good value for money at lunchtime.
