Everything works like clockwork in the lovely ‘t Notenhof establishment. The seasoned owner welcomes guests, sharing his insightful wine tips along the way, while the rich flavours of classical cuisine, albeit with a modern twist, have no secrets for his wife. Eels, Anjou pigeon and seabass are frequent guest stars on her deftly cooked and generously served menu. The lunchtime menu is a steal.
