Set in a historical town house, this trendy place is a winning combination of modern wine bar and upscale bistro. It is very popular for its great food, is made with seasonal ingredients sourced from local producers – and at fantastic value for money. Organic and biodynamic wines are recommended to accompany your choice of dishes. There is an appealing outdoor dining area, too.

"The city of Vienna and the state of Lower Austria are our breadbasket. This is where we source almost all of our ingredients from small suppliers who, at the very least, are certified organic. We produce very little waste, and any unavoidable waste is meticulously recycled. Our transport distances are minimal or nonexistent. Training and work-life balance of our employees are equally important to us. Wine plays a major role here – our selection is exceptional and also entirely organic or biodynamic!"
