Set atop Reunion Tower, this large circular restaurant makes the most of its stunning views with floor-to-ceiling windows, and with a bit of luck you’ll be seated in the right area to see the sun set. To complement the sophisticated setting, a dress code means your fellow diners will be looking equally sharp. “Rare Steaks, Fine Seafood” is their tagline and the menu doesn’t disappoint—along with a healthy selection of sushi there’s plenty of produce from local farms. If you do go for one of their first-rate steaks don’t miss the excellent triple-cooked fries. The restaurant opened in its current guise in 2023 and proved an instant hit, so you need to book early, despite it seating over 200.
