An 18C palace provides the enchanting location for this restaurant set in a Classical decor of mirrors and chandeliers. When it comes to the food, a savvy approach has been adopted of serving fine dining cuisine based on ingredients sourced from the region and grown in the kitchen garden: white asparagus with wild garlic, a full-bodied vegetable jus, roast asparagus and wild garlic pesto; trout and chard, hazelnut butter sabayon, crispy and wilted chard.
