This charming establishment is situated in a pedestrian area in the old town of Linz. A few steps lead down from the entrance to a brightly lit, vaulted room done out in a modern and minimalist style. The creative cuisine playfully experiments with textures and flavours – hence the restaurant's name, which is derived from the Latin verb mutare (meaning "to change").
