Located in the centre of town, right by the Lauter River, this popular restaurant has a casual brasserie feel and serves flavoursome regional and seasonal cuisine that draws on Mediterranean influences. The daily special, "Schuberts Schneller Teller" ("Schubert's Quick Plate"), is a hit at lunchtime.
