Initially conceived as a tribute to the owner's grandmother, Lahnyai showcases modern interpretations of royal Thai cuisine. Guests are given the royal history behind each dish, which is thoughtfully explained during the meal. The refined dining room delivers an intimate ambiance with velvet walls and Jacquard-covered furniture. Infusing a contemporary twist into historical recipes, dishes satisfy with tried-and-tested flavours. If you’re lucky, you might find saeng wa pu on the menu – an aromatic, herbal dish, rich in flavour.
