"I grew up seeing the cultivation of our own land. Today my preferred ingredients to work with are potatoes, vegetables and herbs from Opa Knapp, meat and fish from the region, and after dinner we like to serve our own schnapps. Our establishment is sustainably supplied with energy and heat."
