This lovely village inn serves dishes with classical foundations and modern inspirations. The seasons call the shots, and there is a preference for quality produce sourced locally or even grown in the restaurant's own garden. "I grew up seeing the cultivation of our own land. Today my preferred ingredients to work with are potatoes, vegetables and herbs from Opa Knapp, meat and fish from the region, and after dinner we like to serve our own schnapps. Our establishment is sustainably supplied with energy and heat."
