In the peaceful northern Isère countryside, a family has revived the farming estate of its forebears and turned it into a hotel resort. In a picturesque, revamped stone barn, guests are invited to sample dishes overflowing in flavour inspired by the seasons and the region (Dombes duckling, farm-reared veal and locally bred trout), as well as herbs and veggies from the kitchen garden. Lovely alfresco patio in fine weather.
