The raised open kitchen with its sizable brigade of chefs adds a little theatre to the dining experience at Chef Park Moo-hyun’s stylish restaurant. A smart, well-versed team of servers is also on hand to guide you through the meal. The set menu challenges the taste buds by mixing up dishes whose flavor combinations are complementary with those whose make-up is more innovative and unexpected.
