"Briemm" is a contraction of Brice and Emmanuelle, who have partnered up (in business and in life) to found this charming little restaurant in a stone-built house. The chef's cooking is generous, and the lady of the house hosts cordially. The well-priced traditionally inspired menu features a mouthwatering list of dishes that showcase a real eye for detail and a fine bouquet of flavours, eg rabbit terrine with foie gras accompanied by an onion compote with mustard seeds and chilli, or squid with fregola sarda minestrone and chimichurri sauce. The best deal around here!
