In the kitchen, the tasting menus reinterpret the Mediterranean tradition with a contemporary sensitivity, celebrating the seasonality and quality of the ingredients. Complementing this vision is the Territori project, which expresses a deep connection with the property’s agricultural surroundings: the Orti del Castello kitchen gardens, expanded with fruit trees and plants, nourish a cuisine ever more rooted in the land and in the concept of local sourcing.
