Located in a former flour mill, this restaurant is equipped with charming rooms and a rustic atmosphere, making for a delightful small-scale gastronomic hotel! In its dining room, headed up by chef Salvador Fernández and with the kitchen in full view, you can discover high-quality cuisine inspired by the products and flavours of the Murcian mountains, choosing between the à la carte option or one of its set menus (Molino or Salto del Usero). It has a terrace at the entrance and another on the banks of the river Mula for a tremendously relaxing experience!
