Housed in a magnificent late-nineteenth-century villa in perfect preservation, overlooking a garden with an enchanting view of the Kvarner Gulf, Villa Ariston is a gastronomic destination not to be missed in Opatija. While the façade retains the elegance of Austro-Hungarian style, the dining spaces, also known as Gallo Nero, are distinguished by a classic and refined elegance distributed across three interior rooms and, above all, a captivating terrace that extends towards the sea, affording views of unforgettable beauty. The kitchen makes the most of excellent produce, predominantly from the sea, though with sound meat options also present. Alongside the main menu, interesting off-menu dishes are not lacking, while the recipes strike a pleasing balance between tradition and discrete contemporary touches.
