A welcoming, cosy atmosphere reigns in this former coaching inn that first opened its doors to travellers in 1860. The Orlandazzi family has been at the helm since 1997 – today the owner's sons run the show. An authentic take on the flavours of Corsica: charcuterie and cheeses from the valley, vegetables grown in the village, stews slow-cooked on the stove, and wood-fired dishes – simply pair with one of their 300 Corsican wines. A timeless setting! In fine weather, head for the leafy terrace overlooking the Prunelli.
