Occupying an attractive old farmhouse by a crossroads, this restaurant has a name that recalls the cartwright trade of days gone by. It features a pleasant terrace for an aperitif or coffee, several attractively laid-out dining rooms (one with a fireplace), and a contemporary approach that places Mediterranean produce in the spotlight, offered to diners through various tasting menus (Senda, Camí and Origen). Among them, the Camí de Sabors (we especially liked the ‘Essence of Red Prawn’ dish), where Federico Guajardo reproduces the most iconic dishes of his career and some that reflect his Argentinian roots. They have an adjoining space with a more traditional proposal called Venta de Posa!
