This small restaurant, located in the quieter Plaza de Toros area away from the main tourist area of the city, is enjoying a second ‘golden age’ in the hands of young owner-chef Ismael Suleiman, who has brought a new lease of life and a more gastronomic feel to the cuisine. The overall ambiance here is that of a neighbourly and informal bistro with a single dining room plus a pavement terrace. The à la carte, nicely complemented by a tasting menu, features traditional cuisine with modern twists, seasonal ingredients, and elegant presentations.
