Barathym is synonymous with good food in a warm, laid-back vibe, whether on the terrace or in the updated rustic village cafe interior. The bistronomic lineup is the handiwork of Romain and Valentin, whose traditional seasonal recipes are pepped up with the odd modern note. How about a piece of fork-tender local pork wrapped in speck and served with a gutsy mustard sauce, potatoes in their jackets, a puree of celery and a creamy cheese sauce? On Mondays, there is a set four-course menu; on the other days of the week, you devise your own three-course menu or choose from the à la carte score. Consider us smitten!
