The fine dining restaurant of the gorgeous Landhaus Stricker proposes a fun culinary experience that comes courtesy of the team led by Holger Bodendorf and Denis Brühl. Meticulous work goes into preparing a set menu comprising clearly structured dishes based on classical foundations. Top-notch ingredients are used to create delectable combinations such as Breton cod with an intense nut butter foam, or US prime beef onglet with an exquisite peppery jus.
