MICHELIN Guide’s Point Of View
Run by the same family for three generations, this restaurant (actually two outlets in the same alley – one with air conditioning, one without) has been serving up affordable, delicious food for 50-plus years. The draw is the deservedly famous fried chicken topped with deep-fried garlic made from a secret southern-style recipe created by the first-generation owner. Other highlights include Som Tam, minced pork salad, and grilled beef.
