Dan Humphris, who also runs a nearby bakery-grocery store selling organic produce from his father’s farm in the Yvelines (also found on the table), is at its helm. Conclusion? First class ingredients (Gascony pork chops, Landes poultry), daring ideas, generosity, sensible prices and on-the-ball, cheerful service.
