The prix fixe menu offers rare value and inspired cuisine. It's early days, but items like sea trout tartare dressed with cabbage granita and slow-roasted cherry tomatoes, or roasted carrot soup poured over monkfish liver custard, squid noodles, and toasted grains, indicate a bright future for this establishment.
