MICHELIN Guide’s Point Of View
The gold-and-red colour scheme feels festive, while the oversized origami sculptures add a touch of whimsy. A number of sushi and shabu-shabu menus are offered – and all the first-rate fish and produce are flown in from Japan. The omakase sushi set menu is a great way of sampling an array of seasonal dishes including appetisers, sashimi, soup, sushi and desserts.
