The Guangdong head chef excels in authentic Cantonese cooking, underpinned by classic techniques. Ibérico char siu exudes robust and meaty flavour, complemented by a sticky honey glaze. Braised beef brisket with radish, and double-boiled soups that take over six hours to prepare are also highly recommended.
