The first Rosewood hotel in mainland China is an impressive one, a remarkably tasteful luxury hotel whose subtle interiors make plenty of visual space for the expansive views of the South China Sea from every one of its 244 rooms and suites. The building’s terraced construction allows balcony plunge pools for rooms and suites on some floors; at all levels they come with lavish bathrooms and a full complement of ultra-modern comforts. Three restaurants, two bars, and the Sense spa round out the hotel’s offerings; the rooftop lounge with its infinity pool is the obvious choice for a sundowner.
