Generations of European nobility wintered in Pau, at the foot of the Pyrenees. Today, the resort town is still renowned in France for its fresh mountain air, and Hôtel Parc Beaumont Pau Centre was strategically built to make the most of it. This luxury hotel faces a rose-filled park on one side and the mountains on the other, so all of its bright, modern guest rooms offer views, as does the restaurant. Some rooms have private balconies. There’s also a brasserie with terrace seating, a large indoor swimming pool bathed with natural light that pours in through big picture windows, and a state-of-the-art spa with a Turkish bath.
