Safe to say the name isn’t meant to be an exhaustive list — cheese and wine may indeed figure prominently in your itinerary, but Lisbon Cheese & Wine Suites, in the Santos design district, is a boutique hotel that places more or less the entirety of the Portuguese capital at your feet, whether that means yoga classes right next door, or tours of Lisbon’s historic sites, or sailing tours of the Tagus and beyond. The suites themselves are stylish and eclectic, combining contemporary artworks and modern design pieces with classic residential architecture. And while the services are minimal — this is more pied-à-terre than luxury palace — the promised cheese and wine are complimentary upon arrival.
