The food of brothers Ruben and Pieter is as elegant as their restaurant and the entirely open-plan kitchen cannot fail but catch the eye. One is inevitably spellbound by the brothers’ seamlessly smooth craftsmanship, as they conjure up dishes free of fussy frills, in keeping with their vision of polished French fare.
