MICHELIN Guide’s Point Of View
The Taiwanese yakiniku chain opened this outpost in 2019. Australian Wagyu from the owner’s farm is aged in a glass chiller next to a dazzling display of sakes, some of which are not available elsewhere. Cuts like misuji (top blade) and zabuton (chuck flap) particularly stand out. Well-trained, friendly servers will explain the offerings and grill your meat to perfection. The private room with full-length windows commands lovely views of the palace.
