• GENERAL CONDITIONS
• - Our premises are private property. The management reserves the right to grant or deny entry to any individual at its discretion.
• - To ensure the safety and security of our guests, certain areas may be monitored by CCTV surveillance.
• - Any unregistered guest staying overnight without prior notification to the resort will be subject to an additional accommodation fee of THB 1,500 net per person per night.
• - Guests are kindly requested not to remove or relocate any items from their designated areas with in the accommodations. A surcharge of THB 1,000 per stay will be applied for any unauthorized movement of in-room furnishings or devices.

• SUPERVISION OF CHILDREN
• - For safety reasons, all children under the age of 16 must be under the supervision of a parent or guardian at all times while within the resort premises. The resort shall not be liable for any accidents, injuries, or incidents involving children resulting from a lack of supervision.

• USE OF WATER SPORTS EQUIPMENT
• - The use of personal watercraft, including privately owned jet skis, canoes, kayaks, and paddleboards, is strictly prohibited within the resort's premises. However, guests may request access to water sports equipment provided by the resort.
• - Guests who utilize the resort's jet skis, paddleboards, and kayaks do so entirely at their own risk. The resort shall not be liable for any injuries, accidents, or damages resulting from their use.
• - To comply with local authority regulations, the minimum age requirement for operating a jet ski is 16 years old. Guests under this age are not permitted to operate jet skis under any circumstances.

• DISCLAIMER OF LIABILITY
• (1) DRONES AND UNMANNED AERIAL VEHICLES (UAVs)
• - Out of respect for guest privacy and resort safety, drones or unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs) must not be operated within the resort premises without prior written approval from hotel management.
• (2) PROPERTY DAMAGE AND GUEST RESPONSIBILITY
• - Guests are responsible for any damage caused to resort property, facilities, or amenities due to negligence or misuse. The resort reserves the right to charge for damaged items in accordance with the official price list.
• - Fishing and swimming in the river are strictly prohibited for safety reasons.
• (3) LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
• - The resort, its management, employees, and representatives shall not be held liable for any personal injury, loss, theft, or damage to guests' property arising from natural occurrences, theft, accidents, or unforeseen circumstances.
• - The resort shall not be held responsible for any accidents, injuries, or fatalities that may occur during the guest's stay, including but not limited to those involving children, the use of resort facilities, recreational activities, or water sports. Guests assume full responsibility for their own safety and that of their accompanying minors.
