Une étoile : une cuisine d’une grande finesse
Expect cuisine full of creativity from Jacob Kear. Lurra means ‘the Earth’, ‘the Moon’ and ‘coordinates’ in the Basque language, and indeed this restaurant is a departure point for a trip around the world. Papadams remind you of India, tacos of Mexico, and so on. A chef, a sommelier and a bartender who became close friends in New Zealand form the triumvirate that runs this restaurant with unshakable solidarity.
