Environmental awareness and sustainability have always been key in every aspect of this restaurant certified as organic – from the tasteful interior design to the staff uniform and not least the food. Following a change of concept, meat and fish dishes are now offered in addition to the tried and tested vegetarian and vegan dishes. The exceptionally friendly and attentive front-of-house team will happily recommend wines from their almost exclusively organic or biodynamic selection. Lovely covered terrace.

Our restaurant is very in-depth, organic products, staff clothing made from old plastic, shoes made from pomace residues, a bar wall made from nutshells, there is a lot to discover...!"
